Looked in both places and could not locate one. Was told we had to look for one ourselves and one may be in the garage or on the 1st floor room adjacent to the front desk. I checked in after a 12+ hour drive and requested a rolling luggage rack. I always associated Embassy Suites with luxury but I was highly disappointed with this location. I had to travel for business and booked a stay at this location. So that said, enjoy the good things in life, folks, and I'll look for the bad press elsewhere… Parking was easy and the lot is multi-gate secured. Both Plaza and Westport are 1-2 blocks walk, and the nearby Westport Ale House is a terrific place to catch ballgames and appetizers. But what is present is a Grand Hotel with a sky-reaching lobby, a huge breakfast serving all food varieties, a perfectly temperatured hot-tub, a modest bar area with large flat screens and cocktails, and an $11 Uber ride to T Mobile. What a surprise! Yes, it needs refurbishing. Reading the reviews fore-warned us a potential dud hotel. When we plugged in breakfast, hot-tub, manager's special, and near T Mobile Center, Embassy Suites Plaza pops up. We are 4 middle age males who have gathered at different cities for sports for >30 years, and have experienced many hotel brands.
